Terms and Exchanges Policy:
Thank you for choosing Reconstructed Furniture. We take pride in delivering high-quality furniture that meets or exceeds our customers’ expectations. In order to maintain a high level of customer service, we have established the following terms and exchanges policy:
All furniture items are custom-made and produced only upon order approval and payment completion.
The lead time for production is 6-12 weeks depending on design complexity and materials required.
Customers have 7 days after the order is placed to make any changes and/or cancellations.
A 50% deposit is required upon order placement, with the balance due upon completion and prior to delivery.
Furniture price is excluding delivery costs. All deliveries are pre-arranged, and can take up to 2 weeks after the furniture has been produced to be scheduled. We are not responsible for any delays or extra charges incurred due to scheduling conflicts or incomplete delivery information.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom made furniture, unless it is received by the customer in a faulty or damaged condition. If the product received is not in the condition expected, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will assess the situation on a case by case basis and make arrangements for repair, exchange or refund where appropriate.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
By placing your order with us, you agree to our terms and exchanges policy and accept that custom-made furniture is final sale. Your satisfaction is our priority and we are always available to answer any questions or provide additional information.
